The main contents of the project construction include: the construction of one set of 90th dry quenching coke body (pre storage room, dry quenching tank, cooling room), coke transportation system, coke powder collection system, dry quenching ground station, secondary economizer exhaust gas dust removal device, coke transfer dust removal ground station, relocation platform and coke tank maintenance station for the second phase of 600000 tons coking. Signal isolators provide guarantee for the stable operation of the system. The liquid nitrogen gasification device, water supply and drainage facilities, roads within the dry quenching area, and other public works rely on the company's existing infrastructure. At the same time, during the construction process of dry quenching, the enterprise plans to send the waste heat steam from dry quenching to the existing idle 2x6MW generator units for comprehensive utilization, and change the cooling method of the exhaust steam after power generation from circulating water cooling to direct air cooling.
